For one thing...you have to be part of the Newgrounds Staff...
And you have to be legally "old" enough to work.
But you CAN report ANYTHING you think is malicious (in accordance to the rules) to Wade.
But don't ACT as a moderator...just PM Wade with the URL address of the person.
Don't PM those guys and act like a moderator...cause that can actually get you Banned.
